We've been making this marinade for 3 years now and we love it! Works great for the grill or for broiling in the oven. We usually marinate the london broil for 2-6 hours. This recipe is very easy and takes no time at all to put together. We even found the McCormick spices in bulk at our wholesale club, so we always have the seasonings on hand. I noticed the directions listed here have changed a little from the original directions. I mix all of the ingredients (except steak) in a large resealable plastic bag and then just add the steak. No need to dirty up a bowl when you can just mix the marinade right in the bag and then add the steak. We make this recipe 3-4 times a month!
